Refund Policy for Ghumophero India Tour and Travel

At Ghumophero India, we strive to provide you with memorable and seamless travel experiences. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that you are aware of your rights and obligations when booking a tour with us.

1. Cancellation by the Traveler:

1.1 Cancellation Timeframe:

  • If you decide to cancel your tour, the following refund policy will apply based on the cancellation timeframe:
    • 30 days or more before the departure date: 100% refund.
    • 15-29 days before the departure date: 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before the departure date: No refund.

1.2 No Shows:

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or if you fail to join the tour at the specified departure time.

2. Cancellation by Ghumophero India:

2.1 Minimum Participation:

  • We reserve the right to cancel a tour if the minimum number of participants required for the tour is not met. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative tour option.

2.2 Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our control, Ghumophero India reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour. In such cases, we will offer alternatives or provide a full refund.

3. Refund Process:
